I cannot begin to understand how a man with this great authority could still be in the position he is, and our president standing behind him all the way. He continued to let this pervert destroy the lives of children - all for what? Save face for the republican party?

The ongoing story about the eye fungus, caused by a certain contact lense solution, is a prime example of why the President and Congress needs to pass Tort Reform.

When are we, as Americans, going to step up to protect the humble international corporation from frivolous lawsuits; like the ones that will likely be brought from the "blindies" this particular issue will cause.

So, some one is suing Microsoft because the XBOX 360 they bought can't read discs and resets from overheating. How can anyone expect to win this case? I believe a law was put into effect that stops frivolous lawsuits, and this is certainly one of them.

Here is an idea for the guy who bought the failing 360:

RETURN IT Don't be an idiot. If you buy a TV and it breaks two weeks after you bought it, go back to the store you bought it from and RETURN IT. This is the reason most products sold have a guarantee.
